Anyone who has wanted to have a better connection with the resources of the body.
Professionals, amateurs and those who have never lifted a pen or a brush will all benefit.
What will take place during the workshop?
- Feldenkrais® lessons, theater, music, movement and art will gently release somatic blocks to make manifest your avowed and unavowed dreams.
- Exploration of myth/archetypes, ritual, and ancient systems like the chakras will stimulate the mind.
- Time to be with your personal creative process.
- Multi-disciplinary approaches to discovering your relationship to creativity
- Opportunities to present works in progress or participate in supporting others’ work.
- Leisure activities including: swimming, snorkeling, beach walks, optional excursions.
- Special presentations, workshops and events with guest artists, teachers and performers.
All will take place in a safe environment designed to nurture both process and product, with an emphasis on relaxation, not achieving.
